The council will discuss potential changes to the smoking and tobacco regulations after receiving an overall “F” grade in the American Lung Association’s annual report, the State of Tobacco Control. TUESDAY Corte Madera: The Planning Commission meeting has been canceled. The commission and the Town Council will hold a special joint meeting on April 19. Greenbrae: Marin Healthcare District board, 7 p.m., 100-B Drake’s Landing Road, Suite 250. Website: marinhealthcare.org. The board will receive report on the district’s website. The commission will consider a remodel that includes a new ground floor and second-story additions totaling 869 square feet to an existing 2,652-square-foot, two-story home. The council will accept a report on the process for charter school use of Red Hill Middle School. The council will also consider ordinances on trailer regulation and water conservation.
