Novato: Special City Council, 6 p.m. Marin Valley Mobile Country Club, 100 Marin Valley Drive. Website: The council considers reviewing, accepting input and taking action to approve the Marin Valley Mobile Country Club’s operating and capital budget for the upcoming fiscal year.


Corte Madera: Town Council, 7:30 p.m, Town Hall, 300 Tamalpais Drive. Website: The council will discuss the proposed capital improvement program budget and will consider moving the town’s municipal election date.

Fairfax: Town Council, 7 p.m., Women’s Club, 46 Park Road, Website: Council will take a second and final vote on zoning change to allow for Victory Village, an affordable senior housing project.

Larkspur: City Council, 5:30 p.m.; 6:30 p.m., City Hall, 400 Magnolia Ave. Website: The council will hold a public hearing on the 2017-18 fiscal year budget and hear a report on the capital improvement program.

Novato: Fire District Board of Directors, 6 p.m. Administration Building, 95 Rowland Way. Website: The board considers approving the district’s updated strategic plan.

Novato: Fire District Finance Committee, 4:30 p.m. Fire Station No. 61, Second Floor, 7025 Redwood Blvd. Website: The committee reviews and discusses the draft preliminary budget for the upcoming fiscal year. They will make a recommendation to the board.

Tiburon: Town Council, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall, 1505 Tiburon Blvd. Website: The council discusses the 2017-18 budget.
